"Rovexaro," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the renovation company operating under the name Rovexaro, located at 501 Maple St, Sicamous, BC V0E 0E8, Canada. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses our website or engages our services. "Services" means the renovation, remodeling, and related services described on our website and in any written project agreement.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we take care to keep information current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose. All renovation services are governed by a written project agreement executed between Rovexaro and the Client. No renovation work will commence until a written agreement has been signed and an initial deposit has been received in accordance with the payment schedule set out in that agreement.
Rovexaro will perform renovation services using reasonable professional care and skill, in accordance with the scope of work and specifications described in the written project agreement. Any modifications to the scope of work during the project must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work is performed.
Written quotations provided by Rovexaro are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information available at the time of site assessment and may require adjustment if conditions discovered during construction differ materially from those visible at the time of quoting. Any such adjustments will be communicated to the Client in writing before additional costs are incurred.
Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Typical terms involve milestone-based payments aligned with project completion stages. Payments not received within the timeframe specified in the project agreement may result in a suspension of work until payment is received. Rovexaro reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), compounded monthly.
The Client agrees to: provide access to the property at agreed-upon times; make timely decisions regarding material selections, change orders, and approvals that affect the project schedule; ensure the work area is reasonably clear and accessible; and disclose any known hazardous materials, structural concerns, or other relevant conditions of which they are aware.
Rovexaro carries general liability insurance and WCB coverage for our employees and subcontractors working on client properties. Rovexaro's liability for any claim arising from renovation services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of income, loss of use of property, or any other economic losses, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Rovexaro provides a one-year workmanship warranty on completed renovation work, covering defects in the quality of installation or construction that arise under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by others, normal wear and tear, or conditions that were pre-existing at the time of the renovation. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are separate from and in addition to this workmanship warranty and are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms.

In the event of a dispute arising from renovation services, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct negotiation before pursuing formal legal action. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to mediation before either party commences litigation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
